The new type of printed products for the taxpayers, in addition to electronic mailing by means of telecommunication, is posted on the sub-site of the STS territorial bodies in Volyn region and on the page of the Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region on the Facebook.
Therefore, each business representative can read the Tax service’s recommendations on preventing violations of the tax laws upon the payroll of wages.
Particularly, in order not to fall into the auditors’ view, the tax authorities offer employers an effective algorithm for the full legalization of their employees’ labor.
“In terms of following recommendations, the tax specialists will have no reason to inform the State Labor authorities about possible violations and arguments for conducting audits of enterprises on issues related to the payroll o wages” – emphasized specialists of the Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region.
