Budgets of all levels received tax revenues in the amount of 1 billion 442 million UAH in January-February 2020. This is 17% more than in the same period of 2019.
“Beginning of the new fiscal year shows a clear positive tendency in payment of taxes. Specifically, budget revenues at all levels are well above the last year’s figures for the second month in a row. In addition to improving quality of administration upon the tax payments by the STS, the socially responsible position of the taxpayers of Volyn region should be noted separately. Our effective dialogue with such business allows budgets to receive the funds prescribed by law” – emphasized acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region Oleh Hyrykovych.
Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region also emphasized that the systematic counteraction against the risks of non-payment is no less important factor in filling the budget by the STS specialists.
“According to qualitative taxpayers’ support, timely counteraction against application of the tax credit scheme and other attempts to minimize, the tax specialists create better competitive conditions for activity of legal business. Right due to such taxpayers, the budget revenues growth have amounted 209 million UAH during the two months of 2020” – stated Oleh Hyrykovych.
