Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region reported that taxpayers transferred 1.9 billion UAH of taxes, fees and mandatory payments to budgets of all levels during January-February 2020. Revenues growth is 10.5% or almost 180 million UAH more than in 2019.
State budget received 847.6 million UAH which is almost 45% of taxes paid during this period. Collection of payments exceeded the last year’s figures by 3.1% or 25.1 million UAH, mainly due to an increase in payment of the income tax and military levy (by 17.4% or 39.8 million UAH).
Taxpayers transferred 1047.5 million UAH of taxes to the local budgets of all levels. Last year’s revenues have been exceeded by 17.3% or 154.5 million UAH due to an increase in the amounts paid by all budget forming taxes, namely: the personal income tax which was paid for more than 16.7% (86.2 million UAH), property tax – by 22.4% (28.5 million UAH), single tax on entrepreneurship – by 11.6% (21.1 million UAH), rents for the use of natural resources - by 29.9% (excise tax on sale of excisable products – by 23.1% (4.4 million UAH).
Vast majority of funds were paid independently by the taxpayers to budgets of all levels (98.3% of the total amount); 5.3 million UAH was received in a result of control and verification work and 9.2 million UAH from the use of debt collection measures.
In addition, insurers transferred 798.5 million UAH of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance to the Pension and other funds. Last year’s level has been exceeded by 15.7% or 108.6 million UAH. Percentage of voluntary payments of the single social contribution remains significant (99%).
