Amount of paid single social contribution from the taxpayers of Chernivtsi region amounted 540.6 million UAH during January-February 2020 – this is 48.2 million UAH or almost 10% more than in the same period of 2019. This was reported by acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Borys Akimenko.
Enterprises, organizations and entrepreneurs of the region allocated 276.3 million UAH in February 2020 – this is 17.9 million UAH more than in February 2019.
Borys Akimenko stated that un-shadowing of the labor market is one of priorities in the work of tax specialists, since wages and salaries of individuals and entrepreneurs are the main source for payment of the single social contribution, through which social insurance funds are filled, state social programs are funded, pensions are paid and financial assistance is provided to the public etc. Payment of the single social contribution is on a permanent control of the Tax service.
Tax specialists have formed and sent to debtors the number of 6661 notification on obligatory payment of debt from the single social contribution amounting to 149.4 million UAH. 1386 agreed requirements for the amount of 28.8 million UAH were transferred to the enforcement agencies for charging. At present, 9.8 million UAH has been received.
