Taxpayers of Vinnytsia region transferred 82 million 449.6 thousand UAH of the military levy for needs of Ukrainian army during January-February 2020. This was reported by acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region Oleh Martyniuk.
Tax official emphasized that payment of the military levy has increased by more than 5.6 million UAH or 7.3% compared to the same period in 2019.
It should be reminded that the military levy has been introduced for more than 5.5 years. Its rate is 1.5% of the taxable object. Taxpayers of the “patriotic” levy are individuals – residents who receive income both in Ukraine and foreign income, non-residents with income received in Ukraine, as well as tax agents.
