Landowners, land users and tenants transferred 148 million 315.7 thousand UAH of the land payment to local budgets of Vinnytsia region during January – February 2020. Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region this is 4% or 5 million 665.7 thousand UAH more than expected.
Official added that comparing to indicators during the same period in 2019, the increase in land payment has amounted 11.7% or 15 million 493.1 thousand UAH.
Individuals paid 13 million 375 thousand UAH of the total amount of land payment to local budgets during January – February 2020. Legal entities supplemented community budgets with 17 million 940.8 thousand UAH during this period.
Oleh Martyniuk reminds that land payments are fully credited to local budgets. Therefore, revenues from this tax are used for the needs of local communities.
Currently, the land payment is the third largest budget-forming payment for local treasuries, inferior in the size only to the personal income tax and single tax.
