Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region reported that violations of tax and labor legislation regarding the payment of wages and other income to citizens were found at 11 economic entities during January-March 2020. Amount of 2 million 54.8 thousand UAH of the personal income tax and160.5 thousand UAH of the military levy were additionally accrued according to the results of documentary audits carried out by the tax authority.
In addition, due to measures taken by the Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region, as well as working raids within the working groups on the legalization of wages and employment, survey of places of activity of business entities and conducted explanatory work with business entities resulted in officially formalized labor relations. This provided additional 432.7 thousand UAH of the personal income tax, 528.9 thousand UAH of the single social contribution and 36.1 thousand UAH of the military levy. 28 individuals were additionally involved in the state registration of business entities.
