Ax audit, transfer pricing and international taxation department Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region conducted 252 audits during January-March 2020.
As a result of these audits, the amount of 318.0 million UAH was additionally accrued.
Disclosure of schemes and tax law violations is one direction among the control and verification work. Thus, the tax specialists completed the planned audit of business entity whose main activity is production of bread and bakery products. Audit revealed violations of the tax laws and accounting, which led to an overestimation of administrative costs.
As a result of the audit, the company paid more than 650.000 UAH to the budget.
The Law of Ukraine as of 17.03.2020 № 533-IX“ On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine on support taxpayers for the duration of measures aimed to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)” prescribes the suspension of audits.
