Tax debt department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Lviv region and the separate departments of the Main Directorate of the STS in Lviv region aiming to ensure reduction of the tax debt took a number of measures during January-March 2020. Namely, the following:
- inventoried property in a tax lien for the amount of 351.1 million UAH;
- submitted 79 lawsuits to the court for granting permission for repayment of tax debt at the expense of cash (non-cash funds) in the amount of 107.4 million UAH;
- collected funds for repayment of tax debt from bank accounts in the amount of 17.5 million UAH;
- submitted 2 lawsuits to the court for granting permission for repayment of tax debt at the expense of pledged property of the debtor in the amount of 0.5 million UAH.
As a result of the specified and other measures during January-March 2020, the repayment of tax debt by “living funds” amounted 51.3 million UAH (collection of funds by cash orders, sale of the debtor’s property by court decision, payment of deferred taxes and self-repayment of debt, etc.).
As of 01.04.2020, the amount of tax debt to the consolidated budget of Ukraine amounted 3.828.2 million UAH.
