As of 01.04.2020 there are 102 excise tax payers registered in Odessa region (including 15 importers and 33 exporters of excisable products), 212 excise tax payers conducting sale of fuel, 15 electricity tax payers and 4136 tax payers conducting retail sale of excisable products (3479 individuals and 657 legal entities).
During January-March 2020, taxpayers of Odessa region transferred 76.2 million UAH of the excise tax to the state budget, including 73.1 million UAH of the excise tax on excisable products manufactured in Ukraine and 3.1 million UAH of the excise tax on excisable products imported to Ukraine.
Revenues increased by 36% or 20.5 million UAH comparing to the same period in 2019.
In addition, the local budgets received 87.8 million UAH of the excise tax on sale of excisable products by business entities and excise tax on excisable goods (products) manufactured in Ukraine. Comparing to January-March 2019, revenues growth is 54% or 30.9 million UAH.
It should be reminded that the State Tax Service of Ukraine continues to improve the electronic service “Excise tax mark search” launched in February 2020 and is available at: https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua/registers/mark.
According to the results of search, users are able to inform the relevant territorial unit of the STS about the absence of information about the excise tax mark.
It is possible to send a message without registering on the STS’s web portal from the open part of the Taxpayer’s electronic cabinet or by logging in the Taxpayer’s electronic cabinet with the help of electronic digital signature.
All received messages will be reviewed in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
