Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region reported that the land owners and users paid 443.5 million UAH of the land tax payment to local budgets during January-March 2020. An increase of 21.9 million UAH or 5.2% was achieved comparing to the 1st quarter of 2019. The benchmark was accomplished by 106.3% (+ 26.2 million UAH).
Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region reminds that for citizens the land tax and rent for the land are calculated by the controlling body (at location of the land plot); taxpayers receive tax notification – decision.
Citizens must pay the land tax within 60 days from the date of tax notification – decision.
