Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 116 written citizens’ appeals during January-March 2020. Topics of written appeals mostly concerned the following issues: control and verification work, consultations on tax legislation, etc.
Also, there were 7 collective appeals which were considered within the timeframe specified by the legislation.
“Creating comfortable conditions for taxpayers in execution of their duties to pay taxes, fees and payments is a priority for the Tax service of the region. Priority is given to ensuring a comprehensive, qualified, objective consideration of appeals, prompt and timely resolution of identified issues.” – noted acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Mykola Obertovych.
In order to improve the information exchange with citizens, the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Dnipropetrovsk region created a special e-mail: zvern436@tax.gov.ua, requests from which are accepted by employees during each working day in accordance with the Law of Ukraine as of 02.10.1996 № 393/96 -BP “On citizens'’ appeals”.
