Legal entity of the STS in Kirovohrad region carried out proceedings of 664 cases of various categories for a total amount of 2.4 billion UAH.
According to the results of their consideration, 31 decisions in the amount of 168 million 36.8 thousand UAH were made fully or partially in favor of the State Tax Service in Kirovohrad region, which is more than 60% of the total number of decisions and more than 80% of their total amount.
Among the administrative cases on the taxpayers’ claims to the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service in Kirovohrad region, the majority are cases of invalid / expired tax notifications–decisions. Thus, 37 cases totaling almost 72.7 million UAH were considered during January – April 2020. Of these, 19 decisions (51%) totaling almost 39 million UAH were made in favor of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service in Kirovohrad region.
