Taxpayers of Zaporizhzhia region transferred 1 billion 200 million UAH of the value added tax to the state budget during January – April 2020 (excluding data of the Large enterprises registered at Zaporizhzhia department of the Large taxpayers office of the STS). Paid amount increased by 15.3% or 159.3 million UAH comparing to the same period in 2019. Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Petro Filimonov reported that according to the results of declaration, additional charges amounted 43.5 million UAH.
In April 2020, business representatives transferred 286.3 million UAH to the budget, which exceeded figure in April 2019 almost by 42 million UAH or 17 percent.
During 4 months of 2020, more than a half of revenues were provided by enterprises and entrepreneurs of Zaporizhzhia city – 650.3 million UAH. Business entities of Berdyansk city, Berdyanskyi and Primorskyi districts transferred 91.8 million UAH to the budget, Melitopol city, Melitopolskyi and Veselivskyi districts – almost 90 million UAH, Polohivskyi, Bilmatskyi and Rozivskyi districts – 59.3 million UAH, Vilnyanskyi and Novomykolayivskyi districts – 50.7 million UAH, Energodar city, Kamyansko-Dniprovskyi and Velykobilozerskyi districts – 47.4 million UAH, Yakymivskyi and Pryazovskyi districts – 44.4 million UAH, etc.
As of 01.05.202 there are 10400 VAT payers registered at the Tax service of the region, including 9442 legal entities and 958 individuals – entrepreneurs, which is almost half a thousand more than on the same date in 2019.
