256 managers of enterprises and individuals – entrepreneurs who paid wages to employees below the minimum set amount were heard at meetings of the commissions on legalization of wage payment and employment of population operating at the regional state administrations during January – April 2020. This was reported by Individuals taxes and fees department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
224 enterprises and 186 entrepreneurs increased wages according to the result of proceeded measures. The budget additionally received 361.3 thousand UAH of the personal income tax and 437.7 thousand UAH of the single social contribution.
In addition, tax specialists of the Individuals taxes and fees department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region conducted factual inspections of 73 business entities in order to identify undocumented employees hired by employers from the beginning of 2020. According to the results of control and audit measures, the number of 25 business entities was identified – those used who the work of 43 undocumented employees without proper registration of labor relations with them and 3 individuals carried out business activities without the state registration of business entity. Protocols on administrative violations for conducting business activity without the state registration were compiled regarding 3 individuals and sent to the court at the place of violation.
Information on the use of hired labor by business entities without employment registration was sent to the Department of State Labor in Ivano-Frankivsk region for appropriate measures.
