Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region Artem Yefremov noted that during January – May 2020, the VAT collection to the state budget was ensured in the amount of 2.951.6 million UAH.
Revenues have increased by 595.9 million UAH or 25.3% comparing to the corresponding period in 2019. Determined task was fulfilled by 107.8% (+214.2 million UAH).
It should be noted that 16936 VAT payers were registered in Kharkiv region as of 01.06.2020. Of these, 15355 are legal entities and 1581 are individuals. There is a positive tendency in the number of VAT payers, namely plus 3.0% comparing to the same period in 2019.
Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region also reminded the VAT payers that 22.06.2020 is the last day for submitting the value added tax declaration for May 2020 by the taxpayers whose tax period is equal to a calendar month.
