Legal Regulation Department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region reported that the legal service of the STS in Kirovohrad region provided support of 665 cases of various categories for a total amount of 2.5 billion UAH, taking into account the cases of previous years, during January – May 2020 in courts of various instances.
According to the results of their consideration, 37 decisions in the amount of 175.5 million UAH were made in full or partial favor of the State Tax Service in Kirovohrad region, which is more than 60 percent of the total number of decisions and more than 80 percent of their total amount.
Among the administrative cases of the taxpayers’ claims to the territorial bodies of the STS in Kirovohrad region, the majority are cases of invalid tax notifications – decisions. Thus, 44 cases totaling 83.5 million UAH were considered Thus, during January-May 2020, 44 cases worth a total of 83.5 million hryvnias were considered. Of these, 24 decisions (54 percent) in the amount of 46.5 million UAH were made in favor of the territorial bodies of the STS of Kirovohrad region.
