During 5 months of 2020, the tax specialists of Carpathian region judicially provided 20.8 million UAH to budgets. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
During this period, courts considered total amount of 238 cases on claims of the State Tax Service for 353.7 million UAH. 183 decisions were made in favor of the Tax service for 293.7 million UAH, which is almost 77%.
In addition, the courts considered 140 cases on the taxpayers’ claims to the State Tax Service totaling 220.4 million UAH during January – May. 85 decisions were made in favor of the tax body for 160.4 million UAH, which is almost 61%.
In total, as of June 1, 2020, the number of 751 cases totaling 2.3 billion w UAH ere pending in all courts, which is 190 cases less than during the same period in 2019.
