Due to measures taken to un-shadow the economy, destroy shadow schemes, legalize the labor market, create partnerships with the taxpayers during the 1st half of 2020, the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region provided 3.2 billion UAH of the tax payments to local budgets, which is 193.2 million UAH more than during January – June 2019. The Service notes that the revenues growth was achieved from all budget–forming taxes.
Specifically during January – June 2020, the local treasuries received personal income tax in the amount of more than 2.2 billion UAH; the single tax from legal entities and individuals – 397.7 million UAH and the land payment – 305.5 million UAH.
In addition, local budgets were replenished due to the excise tax on the sale of excisable products by the retail trade entities in the amount of 81.5 million UAH; income tax – 78.1 million UAH; real estate other than land tax – 43.4 million UAH; rent for the special use of water, subsoil and forest resources – 24.9 million UAH; environmental tax – 13.1 million UAH and license fees – 14.1 million UAH.

Additional revenues which territorial communities of Mykolaiv region receive at the disposal, allow solving financially many questions concerning their social and infrastructural development.
