Since the beginning of 2020, employees of the Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region conducted 107 factual audits of business entities on control in the turnover of excisable products during which 117 legislative violations were revealed. Total amount of accrued financial sanctions is 12 million 134 thousand UAH.
Most often, business entities retailed alcohol beverages and tobacco products without licenses (35 cases).
In addition, were exposed the following: 20 facts of the retail and 2 facts of the wholesale trade of fuel without a license, 24 facts of alcohol beverages trade at prices below the minimum retail prices, 17 facts of alcohol beverages trade for bottling, 10 facts of tobacco products trade at prices higher than the maximum, 4 facts of tobacco products trade per piece, 3 facts of storage of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without the excise tax marks, 1 fact of storage of alcohol beverages in a place not included in the Unified State Register of storage places and 1 fact of production of alcohol beverages without the excise tax marks.
