Real estate owners, legal entities and individuals transferred 26.3 million UAH of the real estate other than land tax to local budgets during January – June 2020. Indicative figure is fulfilled by 134.3%. Revenues have increased almost by 11% or 2.6 million UAH comparing to the same period in 2019.
The undisputed leaders of the of real estate tax payment are the owners of real estate – legal entities, whose contribution to local budgets is 23.4 million UAH paid during 6 months of 2020. Level of revenues from them has exceeded the last year’s figure by more than 3 million UAH.
Individuals – owners of the real estate transferred to local treasuries 2.9 million UAH of the real estate tax, the proven indicator is fulfilled by 182% in addition to the forecast, namely 1.3 million UAH.
