Excisable product control department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region conducted 103 audits of business entities involved in the retail trade of alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel.
Audits resulted exposing and revealing 95 violations and applying financial penalties in the amount of 2.9 million UAH.
The most common violation is the storage of alcohol beverages marked with the counterfeit excise marks (24 violations with a fine of 17 thousand UAH). Most of such violations were found in Chernihiv city, Nosivskyi and Ichnianskyi districts of Chernihiv region.
In addition, other violations were revealed: the retail trade of alcohol beverages and tobacco products without a license, retail trade of fuel and storage of fuel without a license, equipment and / or lack of registration in the Unified State Register of flow meters and level gauges-meters of fuel level in the tank of level gauge-meter on the put into operation tank, storage of alcohol beverages and tobacco products in places of storage which are not entered in the Unified register of storage places, storage of tobacco products marked with the excise tax marks with forgery signs, violation of requirements of the city councils decision to restrict the trade of alcohol beverages at set times, retail trade of alcohol beverages at prices below the minimum and trade of alcohol beverages for bottling by business entities that do not have a catering establishment status.
Since the beginning of 2020, the number of 8 licenses for the retail trade of alcohol beverages and tobacco products for the sale of alcohol / tobacco to individuals under 18 years old has been revoked.
Reminder! Purchase of alcohol beverages is allowed only in specialized trade facilities that have the appropriate permit for personal safety. It is necessary to pay attention to the presence of appropriate excise mark on the bottle and take into account that today the minimum retail price of one bottle of vodka with a capacity of 0.5 liters with 40% strength is 89.40 UAH.
