Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region reported that the taxpayers of Chernihiv region paid almost 5.2 billion UAH taxes, fees and mandatory payments to the budgets of all levels during January – June 2020. The increase comparing to last year is more than 7 million UAH.
Of these funds, almost 45% was transferred to the state budget, namely 2.3 billion UAH.
Local budgets of all levels were replenished by the taxpayers for 2.8 billion UAH of taxes. The last year’s figures were exceeded by 5.5% or 148.5 million UAH due to an increase in the amounts paid from all budget-forming taxes: the personal income tax which was paid by 6.7% more (+115.8 million UAH), the single tax from entrepreneurial activity by 10.6% (+37.1 million UAH), rent for the use of natural resources by 8.5% (+6.2 million UAH), excise tax on the sale of excisable products almost 13% (+7.5 million UAH).
Level of self-payment of taxes remains high in the region and accounts about 99%. Amount of 20.4 million UAH was received from the control and verification work and 35.8 million UAH from the application of debt collection measures.
In addition, insurers paid to the Pension and other funds almost 2.5 billion UAH of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance. The last year’s level was exceeded by 6% or almost 142 million UAH.
