As a result of the Income declaration campaign for 2019, as of the 1st of July 2020, residents of Trans-Carpathian region, including individuals involved in independent professional activity, submitted 4.899.000 property and income tax declarations for 2019. This was reported by Individuals taxes and fees department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Trans-Carpathian region.
Amount of declared income is almost 664 million UAH. According to the declaration results, the amount of 14.2 million UAH of the personal income tax (hereinafter – the PIT) and 2.2 million UAH of the military levy were accrued for payment.
The most active declarants were citizens who declared income received in the form of inheritance / gift, namely 394 people. Total amount of income declared by them amounted 59.1 million UAH. Another 253 residents of the region declared more than 75.2 million UAH of income from the sale (exchange) of movable and / or immovable property. 42 residents of the region declared income in the amount of 12.7 million UAH received abroad.
46 citizens reported more than a million income received in 2019. Total amount of taxable income declared by them is 202.9 million UAH.
Along with this, more than 2 thousand citizens used their right to obtain a tax rebate. Amount of the personal income tax claimed for reimbursement from the budget is 5.2 million UAH.
Please note that tax liabilities from the personal income tax and military levy, specified in the annual property and income tax declarations must be paid independently by October 1, 2020.
