Local budgets of Donetsk region were replenished by 6 billion 65 million UAH during January – June 2020.
As in 2019, the main source of filling the local treasury of Donetsk region is the personal income tax (74%). Since the beginning of 2020, almost 4.5 billion UAH has been transferred of this tax, which is 47.6 million UAH more than in 2019.
The second place in the local treasury filling is occupied by the land tax (8%); revenues of which have amounted 485.1 million UAH since the beginning of 2020.
In addition, representatives of the simplified taxation system transferred 461.3 million UAH (7.6%) of the single tax to the budget, which is 22.7 million UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
Most of the deductions, according to tradition, were provided by the taxpayers of Mariupol city, namely 2 billion 88 million UAH (which is more than a third of all revenues to local budgets – 34.4%), entrepreneurs of Pokrovsk and Pokrovskyi district replenished the budget by 845.4 million UAH (13.9%), taxpayers of the Kramatorsk city –642.7 million UAH (10.6%), taxpayers of Bakhmut city and Bakhmutskyi district – 412.7 million UAH (6.8%).
Additional funds coming to the local communities’ accounts in Donetsk region are aimed to improve the social conditions of residents. It would be impossible to achieve such indicators only through the efforts of regional Tax Service without close cooperation with taxpayers and local self-governments.
