Income in excess of one million UAH was reflected by 56 residents of Kherson region in declarations for 2019. Total amount of declared income amounted 375.6 million UAH. This was reported by specialists of the Individuals Taxes and Fees Department of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city.
Two of them enriched themselves in 2019 with a deposit interest in a bank account; the “third place” is occupied by Kherson resident with income of 19.8 million UAH from the sale of property belonging to him.
Five citizens inherited income of more than 1 million UAH. Three more citizens became millionaires while renting real estate. Five declarants indicated millions from foreign income.
Leaders of the “million” declaration are 39 residents of Kherson city, 2 residents each in Nova Kakhovka and Kakhovka cities. There are millionaires in the areas of our region: 7 declarants in Henichesk, 3 in Oleshkivskyi district. Also, three wealthy payers is registered in Skadovsk, Chaplinskyi and Kakhovskyi districts.
This year’s declaration campaign in Kherson region showed an increase in the level of civic consciousness towards the voluntary declaration of income. In general, according to the declaration results, Kherson millionaires determined to pay 4.1 million UAH of tax liabilities that will go to the budget and will be flly used to finance social projects and local self-government development programs of Tavriyskyi region.
