Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region reported that since the beginning of 2020, violations of tax and labor legislation in the payment of wages and other incomes to citizens have been detected in 16 business entities. 2 million 340.1 thousand UAH of the personal income tax and 172.9 thousand UAH of the military levy was additionally accrued according to the results of documentary audits carried out by the tax authority.
In addition, due to measures taken by the State Tax Service of Poltava region and joint raids as part of working groups on legalization of wages and employment, survey of places of business entities and outreach work with business entities, labor relations were formalized with 519 employees, which provided additional revenues from the personal income tax in the amount of 498.8 thousand UAH, single social contribution in the amount of 625.8 thousand UAH and military levy in the amount of 36.8 thousand UAH.28 individuals were additionally involved in the state registration of business entities.
