Local budgets of Khmelnytskyi region received3.9 billion UAH during January – July 2020. It is noteworthy that the amount of funds allocated for the communities’ needs is by 220 million UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
The main source of filling the communities’ budgets is traditionally the personal income tax, which is administered by the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Khmelnytskyi region, namely it was paid in the amount of 2.6 billion UAH. Revenues growth is in the absolute amount of 160 million UAH comparing to the same period in 2019. Also, the budget-forming components of the territorial communities’ development are the deduction of the single tax in the amount of 538 million UAH, as well as the land payment – 344 million UAH.
According to tax specialists, the dynamics of local budgets’ revenues indicates the effectiveness of remote awareness, information and communication activities carried out jointly with community.
“As of today, issue of paying taxes to the local budget is extremely important for all local communities in need of infrastructure and social security. It is noteworthy that communication with the united territorial communities in online format achieves results primarily in addressing tax policy issues, including through the implementation of additional budget reserves, as well as the implementation of legislative innovations that work to simplify and improve business” – stated Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Khmelnytskyi region Vitalii Lazarev.
