Taxpayers of Cherkasy region paid 4.1 billion UAH to the local budgets during 7 months of 2020. This was reported by acting Head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Cherkasy region Tetiana Kharkovska. Revenues have increased by 3.6% or 144 million UAH comparing to the same period in 2019.
Personal income tax is 62% of the local budget revenues. Employers, private entrepreneurs, recipients of share rent and citizens of Cherkasy region paid 2.5 billion UAH of the personal income tax during 7 months of 2020, which is 96 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019.
According to Tetiana Kharkovska, the local budgets received 630 million UAH of the single tax; 435 million UAH of total revenues was paid by private entrepreneurs – “simplifiers”; 67 million UAH was paid by single tax payers – legal entities and 128 million UAH was paid by agricultural producers.
Also, legal entities, private entrepreneurs and citizens transferred 480.5 million UAH of the land tax and land rent to the local budgets.
Retail sale of alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel replenished local budgets of Cherkasy region by 25.6 million UAH of the excise tax more than during 7 months of 2019 (revenues as of 01.08.2020 are almost 230 million UAH).
