Main Directorate of the STS in Carpathian region informs that local budgets of Carpathian region received more than 2.7 billion UAH of taxes during January – July 2020, which is 55 million UAH more than during the same period in 2019.
Among the main sources that fill the local budgets of Carpathian are the personal income tax, single tax, land tax and excise tax. As follows, revenues from the personal income tax during January – July 2020 amounted more than 1.8 billion UAH, which is 44.8 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019.
The next level of income belongs to the single tax. “Simplifiers” paid 385 million UAH to the budget, which is 17 million UAH more than during January – July 2019.
Local budgets received 232.7 million UAH of the land tax and land rent during the specified period. Excise tax on the retail sale of excisable products also significantly fills local budgets. Revenues have already amounted 93.8 million UAH in 2020.
Specialists of the Main Directorate of the STS in Carpathian region are convinced that only activity of Carpathian communities and business entities, creation of the legal employment, legal payment of wages, as well as payment of transparent and full tax liabilities by entrepreneurs will provide additional budgetary reserves for socio-economic development of the region.
