Taxpayers of Chernihiv region paid 881.7 million UAH of taxes and fees to budgets of all levels in July 2020. Level of the corresponding period in 2019 has been exceeded by 2.4% or 20.5 million UAH.
The state budget received 40% of funds (349.3 million UAH). Comparing to the last year’s figures, revenues from the personal income tax and military levy have increased by 7.5% (+10.2 million UAH), income tax by 3.6 times (+7.2 million UAH), excise tax on manufactured goods by 2 times (+0.3 million UAH).
Local budgets of all levels received 532.4 million UAH of taxes and fees in July 2020. The increase comparing to 2019 has amounted 8% or 39.5 million UAH.
Almost 62% of amount received by local budgets is the personal income tax (328.1 million UAH, which is 7.1% or 21.9 million UAH more than in 2019). About 20% of amount directed to the budget is from the property tax payment (for land, real estate and transport – 105.9 million UAH, which is 10.5% or 10.1 million UAH more than in July 2019).Also important for budgets of territorial communities is the single tax (13.6% of the total amount) which was paid in the amount of 72.2 million UAH (more than last the year’s level by 5% or 3.4 million UAH). Excise tax on the sale of alcohol and tobacco products amounted 12.9 million UAH, the last year’s level has been exceeded by 15.2% or 1.7 million UAH.
In addition, insurers paid 437.6 million UAH of the single contribution to compulsory state social insurance, which ensured the revenues growth by 8.2%or 33.1 millionUAHcomparing to the same month in 2019.
