Specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Luhansk region conducted 114 audits of business entities on compliance with current legislation on the regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit, alcohol beverages, tobacco products and fuel during January – July 2020.
During the audits, 112 violations of legislation governing the turnover of excisable products were identified. Of these, 35 cases of the retail sale of alcohol beverages at prices below the established minimum retail prices. In total, 3.327.8 thousand UAH was accrued according to the audit results.
In addition, goods of excisable group for the total amount of 10 million 720 thousand UAH were seized from illegal turnover during 7 months of 2020.
