Main Directorate of the STS in Trans-Carpathian region provided 76.7 thousand administrative services during January – August 2020, including 62 thousand services at the Taxpayer Service Centers and 8.3 thousand in the electronic form.
The most popular services are issuance of a taxpayer’s card, provision of information from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers on the amounts / sources of paid income and withheld taxes and registration of single tax payers.
Specifically, 36 thousand registration numbers were issued during January – August 2020, including more than 31 thousand at the Taxpayer Service Centers.
Specialists of the STS bodies noted that the State Tax Service of Ukraine cooperates with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on filling the Register of Administrative Services (https://registry.diia.gov.ua/) which is also integrated into the Diya Portal (“Guide to Public Services”) at the link: https://guide.diia.gov.ua/, information on all services provided by the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies.
To ensure the possibility of submitting applications in the electronic form, including through the service “Correspondence”, the Diya Portal contains electronic Register of Administrative Services with posted hyperlink to the ITS “Electronic cabinet” (http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua).
