Taxpayers of Vinnytsia region who chose simplified taxation system, accounting and reporting have transferred more than 884.1 million UAH of single tax to the local budget during January – August 2020. Implementation of the indicative figure is fulfilled at 101.0%. Additional revenues exceeded 8.6 million UAH. This was reported by acting Head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region Oleh Martyniuk.
Tax official noted that simplifiers have added more than 40.5 million UAH of the single tax comparing to the corresponding period in 2019 when almost 843.6 million UAH was transferred.
Reminder! The Law of Ukraine as of 16.01.2020 № 466-IX “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine to improve tax administration, eliminate technical and logical inconsistencies in tax legislation” (hereinafter – the Law № 466) introduced certain innovations in the simplified taxation system. Namely:
- period before which the single tax payer of Group III with a rate of 5% may apply for a change in the rate of this tax by 3% + 20% VAT was reduced from 15 to 10 days;
- distribution of benefits in the form of land tax for single tax payers of Groups I – III when providing real estate for rent was limited;
- it is determined that the cancellation of registration as the single tax is possible in case of a tax debt exceeding 1020 UAH.
