Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region received 157 requests for public information during January – August 2020.
Bukovyn Tax service detailed that most requests for public information (135) came from individuals. 13 requests for public information were received from legal entities and 2 requests were received from media representatives.
Inquiries asked to provide information on: compiled tax requirements for payment of single contribution; amount of declared income by individuals – entrepreneurs; presence or absence of arrears from the single tax and single contribution; providing a copy of order (instruction) and other documents; amount of paid single tax and the tax rate; details of budget accounts.
According to consideration results 148 requests for public information were satisfied (or 94.3% of the total number of requests), 8 requests (or 5.1% of the total number of requests) were denied according to Part 1 Article 22 of the Law and 1 request (or 0.6% of the total number of requests) was sent to other information managers of its possession.
