Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 248 written citizens’ appeals during January – August 2020. The number of 273 such appeals was received during the corresponding period of 2019.
Topics of written appeals mostly concerned the following issues: control and verification work, consultations on tax legislation, etc.
Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 13 collective appeals which were considered within the timeframe specified by law.
“Creating taxpayers’ comfortable conditions for the performance of their duties to pay taxes, fees and payments is a priority of regional Tax service. Priority is given to ensuring a comprehensive, qualified, objective consideration of appeals, prompt and timely resolution of identified issues.” – noted acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Olga Mazur.
