Legal entities and individuals of Luhansk region paid 229.9 million UAH of land fees during January – August 2020.
Specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Luhansk region reported that according to tax legislation, the landowners and land users pay the land tax from the date of ownership or right to use the land. In case of termination of ownership or land use, the land tax is paid for the actual period of ownership or use of land in the reporting year.
