Vinnytsia business transferred 426 million 312.9 thousand UAH of the military levy to the state budget since the beginning of 2020.
According to acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region Oleh Martyniuk, the forecasted indicators were fulfilled by 105.1%. As a result, the budget additionally received 20.8 million UAH. Comparing to January – September 2019, revenues from the military levy have increased by 5.9% or almost 23.8 million UAH.
Tax official reminds that the military levy is a contribution of every officially working Ukrainian to the support and reform of the armed forces of our state. Its rate has not changed in recent years and is 1.5% of the taxation object. It includes, in addition to wages, other incentive and compensation payments or other payments and rewards that are accrued or paid to the payer in connection with employment and under civil law contracts, includes: rent, winnings in state or non-state money lottery, purchase and sale of movable and immovable property, payment of dividends, re-registration of inheritance, etc.
