Taxpayers of Ternopil region transferred 275 million 759.7 thousand UAH of land payment to the local budgets during January – September 2020. This exceeded expected revenues by 9.8%. As a result, budgets additionally received 24.5 million UAH.
Almost 75% of this payment is a contribution of legal entities. After all, they transferred 206 million 374.1 thousand UAH of land payment during 9 months of 2020, which is 13.5% more than expected. Therefore, additional revenues from legal entities amounted 24.5 million UAH.
Individuals replenished treasuries of local communities with 69 million 385.7 thousand UAH of land payment. Revenues growth has amounted 670.6 thousand UAH comparing to the same period in 2019 and plus 68.1 thousand UAH to the expected ones.
It is appropriate to remind that according to norms of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the landowners and land users transfer land payment from the date of ownership or right to use the land.
