Local budgets of Donetsk region received 85.5 million UAH of the real estate other than land tax during January – September 2020, which is 5.2 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019.
More than a third of all real estate tax revenues in Donetsk region were provided by taxpayers of Mariupol city, their contribution has already amounted more than 28.4 million UAH in 2020.
Legal entities have already paid 52.1 million UAH during 9 months of 2020, including 17.5 million UAH received from legal entities of Mariupol city.
As for individuals – property owners, they transferred real estate tax by 3.3 million UAH more than during the corresponding period in 2019 by paying 33.4 million UAH, of which almost 11 million UAH is the real estate tax payment from residents of Mariupol city.
Reminder! Real estate other than land tax, is payable within 60 days from the date of receipt of tax notification-decision from the State Tax Service. Not all individuals are obliged to pay the real estate tax, but only those who own an apartment or apartments with a living area of more than 60 square meters and houses of more than 120 square meters. If there are different types of facilities, the tax is paid for an area exceeding 180 square meters.
