Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region Artem Efremov reported that local budgets were replenished by 14.394.7 million UAH during January – October 2020, which is 2.9% or 401.0 million UAH more than in 2019. The indicative figure of the State Tax Service of Ukraine was fulfilled by 107.2%, an additional 970.2 million UAH was received.
Payments totaling 1.758.9 million UAH were collected in October 2020, which is 200.5 million UAH or 12.9% more than in October 2019.
The indicative task was fulfilled by 119.7% (+289.5 million UAH).
The main source of local budgets’ revenues is the personal income tax. Namely, 8.546.6 million UAH of this tax was actually received during January – October 2020.
Also, local budgets of Kharkiv region during the specified period received single tax in the amount of 2795.3 million UAH, land tax and rent – 1611.5 million UAH, rent – 380.1 million UAH; real estate other than land tax – 337.1 million UAH, income tax – 225.2 million UAH, excise tax on retail sale of excisable products – 268.3 million UAH, environmental tax – 72.2 million UAH, license fees – 63.6 million UAH.
Tax specialists note that regional development depends on the timely and full filling of local budgets.
