Taxpayers of Vinnytsia region transferred 480 million 844.5 thousand UAH of the military levy for modernization and reform of Ukrainian army during January – October 2020.
This amount exceeded the expected by 26 million 454.8 thousand UAH or 5.8%. At the same time, revenues have increased almost by 26 million 37.0 thousand UAH or 5.7% comparing to the same period in 2019.
Reminder! Military levy’s taxation object is determined in Article 163 of the Tax Code of Ukraine. It includes, in addition to wages, other incentive and compensation payments or other payments and remuneration accrued or paid to the taxpayer in connection with employment relationship and under civil law contracts, among others. In particular, it is rent, winnings in the state or non-state money lottery, purchase - sale of movable and immovable property, payment of dividends, re-registration of inheritance, etc.
