Tax specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region received 349 written citizens’ appeals during January – October 2020, which is 76 appeals less than during the corresponding period in 2019.
Choosing the means of communication, the applicants mostly used mail (197 appeals), sent appeals by electronic means via the Internet (66 appeals), through the authorities (62 appeals), from other bodies, institutions, organizations (32 appeals).
Out of the total number, the number of 340 appeals was processed on time and 9 appeals are pending.
A total of 375 citizens applied during January – October 2020.
In terms of content, the biggest number of appeals concerned tax policy (91.4%), including: informing about tax evasion (26.1%), single social contribution (13.2%), control and verification work (12.6%), labor and wages (8.6%).
18 receptions were held at the request of citizens during January – October 2020, which is 20 receptions less than during the corresponding period in 2019. Issues raised by citizens in their appeals concerned the restructuring and repayment of tax debt, taxation of business income, blocking of tax invoices and real estate other than land tax.
