Main Directorate of the STS in Trans-Carpathian region reported that 225.8 million UAH of the military levy was provided during 10 months of 2020. Revenues growth has amounted to 4.6% or 11.2 million UAH comparing to the corresponding period in 2019.
It also should be noted that in October 2020 the taxpayers of Trans-Carpathian region transferred 4.1 million UAH more comparing to September 2019. Revenues have amounted to 29.8 million UAH.
Tax specialists of Trans-Carpathian region noted a stable dynamics of tax revenues Ukraine from representatives of all sectors of regional economy to support Ukrainian army. Of course, important factor is also the conscientious payment of “patriotic tax” by the taxpayers who are responsible for fulfilling their constitutional obligation to fill the budget.
Reminder! Military levy is aimed to maintain defense capabilities of Ukrainian army and establish peace in our country and was introduced on the 3rd of August 2014. Its rate is 1.5% of the taxation object.
