Enterprises and entrepreneurs of Chernivtsi region paid more than 755.5 million UAH of value added tax to the state budget during 10 months of 2020. Indicative targets were fulfilled by 121.7% or 134.7 million UAH. This was reported by Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Vitalii Shpak.
According to Vitalii Shpak, every fourth UAH or 42% of the state budget revenues from Bukovyn taxpayers is accounted by the value added tax. Growth in state budget revenues from the VAT payments during January – October 2020 is 17.0% comparing to the corresponding period in 2019, which in absolute terms is almost 110 million UAH.
Actual VAT revenues amounted to 100.2 million UAH in October 2020. The indicative target was fulfilled by 132.1% and almost 24.4 million UAH was additionally provided.
As for the reimbursement, 116 enterprises of Chernivtsi region (producers and exporters of products) declared 157.2 million UAH of budgetary VAT reimbursement. At the beginning of November 2020, the VAT payers who were entitled to receive budgetary reimbursement according to current legislation received it totaling almost 152.8 million UAH.
Herewith, the effectiveness of e-administration innovations is confirmed by the fact that regional tax authorities prevented more than 4.4 million UAH of illegal VAT reimbursement for 38 taxpayers. And this amount is higher than the last year’s by 1.3 million UAH.
