Bukovyn taxpayers paid 5 billion 82 million UAH of taxes to the consolidated budget of Ukraine during January – November 2020. This was reported by Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Vitalii Shpak.
Throughout reporting period, the positive dynamics in collection of payments comparing to the corresponding period in 2019 amounted to 393.8 million UAH or 8.4%. Of these revenues, 2.067.8 million UAH (+273.1 million UAH) was allocated to the state budget. In turn, 3014.2 million UAH (+157.1 million UAH) was transferred for the needs of local communities.
According to Planning, analysis, reporting and coordination of the budget process unit of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region, the indicative target was exceeded by 103.6%, as a result 178.9 million UAH was additionally received. Particularly, 620.8 million UAH was paid in November 2020, subsequently 96.1 million UAH was provided in the excess of plan.
The main replenishment sources of the state treasury in terms of payments during January – November 2020 were: value added tax which was paid in the amount of 885.4 million UAH (144.1 million UAH more up to the planned figures); personal income tax – 679.6 million UAH (+36.0 million UAH); income tax – 208.3 million UAH (+25.6 million UAH); military levy – 206.7 million UAH (+8.3 million UAH).
Regarding the local budgets’ revenues during 11 months of 2020, the traditionally significant share, namely 65.6% belongs to the income tax of individuals – 1976.7 million UAH. Single tax payers transferred almost 458.8 million UAH to local budgets. Due to this tax, more than 15.2% of budget revenues of territorial communities were formed.
Budgets of territorial communities were replenished with land tax by 10.8% of the total amount of income or 324.3 million UAH.
