There are 37 Taxpayers Service Centers in Dnipropetrovsk region at the state tax inspections of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region where taxpayers can receive a wide range of services: information, advisory and administrative.
Centers provide 40 types of administrative services.
“Employees of the TSC processed 263.3 thousand appeals in the administrative and other services, of which 256.8 thousand are provided administrative services during January – November 2020” – stated Head of the Electronic services department of Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region Alla Svirska.

Taxpayers are accepted by preliminary appointment in connection with the adoption of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 20.05.2020 №392 “On the establishment of quarantine to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-Co-V-2 and stages of mitigation of anti-epidemic measures”. For taxpayers’ correspondence and reporting who are not able to use electronic services, mailboxes are placed in the TSC buildings in order to limit the personal communication of TSC employees with taxpayers.
