Legal regulation department of Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region provided support of 890 cases of various categories for a total amount of 2.8 billion UAH during January – November 2020.
According to their consideration results, the number of 222 decisions in the amount of 531.9 million UAH was made in full or in part in favor of the STS in Kirovohrad region, which is 62% of the total number of decisions and 62.8% of their total amount.
In particular, 201 cases on invalidation of tax notifications-decisions for the total amount of 540.6 million UAH were considered during January – November 2020. Of these, 83 decisions (40%) totaling 226.3 million UAH were made in favor of the STS in Kirovohrad region.
