Business entities registered 78 software RCO. Individuals – entrepreneurs registered 67 software RCO or 86%, legal entities registered 11 or 14% of all registered software RCO in November 2020.
In total, during August – November 2020, the number of 240 business entities in Odessa region registered 591 software RCO.
Main Directorate of the STS in Odessa region recalls that taxpayers in settlements with consumers, starting from the 1st of August 2020, along with the traditional RCO, ie cash registers can use the software RCO that can be installed on computer, smartphone or tablet.
As of today, there is a software solution developed by the State Tax Service for the use of software RCO, available to everyone free of charge and posted at the following links:

Please note that the Law of Ukraine as of 01.12.2020 № 1017-IX amended the Tax Code of Ukraine and other Laws of Ukraine to liberalize the use of registrars of calculated operations by single tax payers and abolish compensation mechanism to buyers (consumers) by complaints regarding violation of the established procedure for settlement operations penalties (more details at the link https://od.tax.gov.ua/media-ark/news-ark/444602.html).
