To the attention of owners and users of land plots of all ownership forms

State Tax Service of Ukraine, for correct application of tax rates and tax benefits from land tax, recommends reviewing materials posted on website of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre regarding purpose of the land plot and verifying correctness of information regarding the purpose of land, which are recorded in the State Land Cadastre, and if necessary, bring data into compliance with requirements of land legislation.
